Contact Management

Adding a Contact:

  1. While viewing a home screen, tap "Contacts"
  2. Tap "New"
  3. Select the desired account to sync the contact with. (Note: If the desired account is not listed, tap "Add new account" and follow the on-screen instructions)
  4. Type in the contact's name then tap "Next"
  5. Enter the contact's phone number
  6. If desired, tap "Mobile" and select a different phone number type
  7. Tap "Next" and enter any additional contact information as you see fit
  8. Once done, tap "Save"

Adding a Contact to Speed Dial:

  1. While viewing the home screen, tap the "Phone" icon
  2. Press the "Menu" key on your device
  3. Select "Speed dial"
  4. Tap the dial pad number that you wish to assign
  5. Select the contact that you wish to assign to the dial pad number

Importing / Exporting Contacts from SD Card:

  1. From any home screen, tap "Contacts"
  2. Press the "Menu" button on your device
  3. Select "Import / Export"
  4. Choose one of the following options:

    • To import from SD card:

      1. Select the contact / contacts that you wish to copy
      2. Tap "Import"
      3. Confirm by tapping "Yes"

    • To export to SD card:

      1. Select the contact(s) that you wish to move
      2. Tap "Export" and press "Yes"
      3. Type in a file name then tap "OK"

Importing / Exporting Contacts from SIM Card:

  1. While on the home screen, tap "Contacts"
  2. Press the "Menu" key
  3. Select "Import / Export"
  4. Perform one of the following:

    • To import from SIM card:

      1. Select the desired contact(s)
      2. Tap "Import" and press "Yes" to confirm
    • To export to SIM card:
      1. Select the contact(s) that you wish to move
      2. Tap "Export" and confirm by tapping "Yes"

Deleting Contacts:

  1. While on the home screen, tap "Contacts"
  2. Tap and hold the contact that you wish to delete
  3. Select "Delete Contact" and then tap "Yes" to confirm


Contact Groups Management

Creating a Caller Group:

  1. From the home screen, tap "Contacts"
  2. Go to the "Groups" tab
  3. Press the "Menu" button
  4. Tap "New group" to create a new caller group
  5. Enter a name for the group and if desired, assign a group ringtone
  6. Tap "Save"

Adding Contacts to a Caller Group:

  1. While on the home screen, tap "Contacts"
  2. Tap the "Groups" tab
  3. From the list, select the group that you wish to edit
  4. Press the "Menu" button on your device
  5. Tap "Add members"
  6. Checkmark the contact(s) that you wish to add to the caller group, then tap "Add"
