Nexus 5 hangs on system update download

I've been trying to update my phone and every time I click on update it just freezes. I've tried while connected to wi-fi and just 4g data. Neither work. Anyone know what's going on here?

Something is interfering with the download. Either you have a bad phone or you need to do a factory reset to get things going. Check the instructions for the factory reset here: http://cellphoneforums.net/lg/t36671...safe-mode.html

If the reset doesn't work then I would take the phone back to where you got it. If you purchased directly from google, go here.
