Synced contacts include the contact image, address, email and other contact notes. To perform this method:

  2. Use the proprietary USB cable to connect your iPhone to the computer
  3. Once connected, your iPhone will appear in iTunes. Click it to view the device's summary page
  4. Click the "Info" tab and mark the "Sync Contacts With" check box
  5. From the drop-down menu, select "Google Contacts"
  6. Register your Google account in iTunes. If you've already done this prior to this guide, you can click "Configure" and select an account from the list
  7. To begin the syncing process, click "Apply"
  8. After the accounts have synced, register your Google account on your LG smartphone. To do so, go to "Settings" > "Accounts"
  9. Allow Google to sync contacts with your Android smartphone

Transferring Contacts via iCloud:

In case you've used the iCloud service on your iPhone before, you can easily transfer your contacts to your Android device by accessing your iCloud account and exporting the contacts in the form of a VCF file. This method requires a computer with access to the Internet

  1. Launch the Internet browser on your computer
  2. Visit https://www.icloud.com/ and log in with your iCloud account
  3. Click "Contacts" and select the contacts that you want to share
  4. Click the icon depicting a cog wheel, located in the bottom-left area of the screen

  6. Import the vCard file to "Google Contacts". Alternatively, skip this step and follow the next one instead:
  7. Connect the LG L65 to your computer via USB and copy the vCard file to the "sdcard" directory. Next up, launch the "Contacts" app, tap "Menu" and use the "Import / Export" function to import the vCard file's contents to your phonebook

Using "My Contacts Backup" to Transfer Contacts:

In case you wish to transfer your contacts without accessing a computer, you can do so with the help of third party applications such as "My Contacts Backup". This is an iOS app that can back up the contacts from your iPhone in the form of a vCard file, and then send the file to your Android smartphone via email.

  1. Launch the App Store and install "My Contacts Backup" on your iPhone
  2. Open the application and tap "Backup"
  3. Once the backup file has been created, tap "Email" to attach the file to an email
  4. Send the email to your own Gmail address
  5. Switch over to the LG L65 and open the email containing the vCard file
  6. Download the file and import its contents using the "Contacts" application

Transferring Contacts Using "Send Anywhere":

Last but not least, you can use "Send Anywhere" to transfer your contacts from the iPhone over to the LG L65 via a P2P connection. Send Anywhere is an iOS and Android application, and using this method of transfer you are not required to have access to a computer.

  1. Visit the Google Play Store and install "Send Anywhere" on your LG L65
  2. From the App Store, download the same app on your iPhone
  3. Open the application on both handsets
  4. On the sender device (the iPhone), tap "Send" > "Contacts"
