    Check the Amount of Storage on the SD Card:

    1. From the home screen, tap "Apps"
    2. Tap "Settings" and swipe to "Device"
    3. Tap "Storage" and swipe to "SD Card"
    4. View the "Available" value

    Formatting the SD Card:

    WARNING! Formatting the SD card will delete all data stored on it. Before proceeding, you may want to back up any important data stored on the external storage. To format the SD card:

    1. Tap "Apps" while on the home screen
    2. Tap "Settings"
    3. Swipe to "Device" and tap "Storage"
    4. Tap "Erase SD card"
    5. To confirm, tap "Erase everything"

    Opening or Deleting Files on the SD Card

    Using your Smartphone:

    1. From the home screen, tap "Apps"
    2. Launch "File Manager" and go to "All files"
    3. Tap "SD card" and select a file or a folder to open it
    4. To delete an item, tap and hold it and select "Delete"
    5. Tap "Yes" to confirm

    Using a Windows Computer:

    1. Establish a USB connection between the LG G3 Stylus and computer
    2. Swipe the "Status" bar down and tap "USB Connected"
    3. Tap "Connect USB storage"
    4. From the AutoPlay window on your computer, click to "Open folder to view files"
    5. Open the SD card directory
    6. View or delete the desired files as you see fit
    7. When done, tap "Disconnect storage from PC"

    Transferring SD Card Files

    Using a Windows Machine:

    1. Connect the LG G3 Stylus to your computer via USB
    2. Swipe the "Notification" bar down and tap "USB connected" > "Connect USB storage"
    3. From the AutoPlay window on your computer, click to browse the phone's files and folders
    4. Access the "Removable Disk" directory and transfer the files from or to the SD card
    5. Once the process is complete, tap "Disconnect storage from PC"

    Transferring Files from the SD Card to the Internal Memory:

    1. Launch the "File Manager" application
    2. Tap "All files" > "SD card"
    3. Navigate to the files or folders you wish to transfer
    4. Select the items you wish to transfer and press "Menu"
    5. Tap "Copy" or "Move"
    6. Tap "Device storage" and go to the location where the files need to be transferred
    7. Once there, tap "Paste here" or "Move here"

    Transferring Files from the Internal Storage to the SD Card:

    1. Tap "Apps" while on the home screen
    2. Launch "File Manager"
    3. Tap "All files" > "internal storage"
    4. Navigate to where the desired files are stored
    5. Mark the check boxes next to the items you wish to transfer
    6. Tap "Menu" and select "Copy" or "Move"
    7. Tap "SD memory card" and go to the desired destination folder
    8. Once there, tap "Paste here" or "Move here"

    Changing the Storage Location for App Data

    NOTE: The majority of pre-loaded applications save data on the phone's internal memory by default. You can change the settings for these applications in order to use the SD card storage instead.

    Change the Storage Settings for the "Camera" App:

    1. Open the "Camera" application
    2. Tap "Menu" and go to "Settings"
    3. Tap "Memory" and tap the "Memory" icon
    4. Choose "SD"

    Change the Storage Settings for the "Internet" App:

    1. Open the "Browser" app
    2. Press "Menu"
    3. Tap "Settings" > "Advanced"
    4. Tap "Select download storage" > "SD card"

    my moblie internal storage showing full but i didn't store any thing but my mobile used system storage 4.66gb without apps please tell me how to rectify it.
