    Transfer Audio Files from a Windows PC:

    1. Connect the LG Tribute to your computer using the USB cable
    2. When prompted, tap "Media sync (MTP)". Otherwise, swipe the "Notification" bar down and tap the option from there
    3. In the AutoPlay window on your computer, click "Open device to view files using Windows Explorer"
    4. Launch a second Windows Explorer window and navigate to where the desired audio files are stored on your computer
    5. Copy the desired audio files to your phone. NOTE: audio files should be transferred in the "Ringtones", "Notifications", "Music" folders etc.
    6. After the transfer is done, click the "Safely Remove Hardware" icon located in the system tray
    7. Click "Safely Remove Mass Storage Device" and press "OK" to confirm
    8. Safely disconnect your smartphone from the computer

    Changing the Phone Ringtone:

    1. Ensure that the audio files you wish to use have been transferred in the "Ringtones" folder
    2. While on the home screen, tap "Apps"
    3. Tap "Settings" and go to "Sound"
    4. Swipe under "Ringtone & Notifications" and tap "Phone ringtone"
    5. Select the ringtone you want to use. NOTE: items that have been recently transferred in the "Ringtones" folder should be listed under "My Ringtones"

    Changing a Specific Contact's Ringtone:

    1. Launch the "Contacts" application
    2. Select the contact you want to set a ringtone to
    3. Tap "Edit" and then tap the "Ringtone" drop-down menu
    4. Select a ringtone from the list and press "OK"
    5. When ready to apply the changes, tap "Save"

    Changing the Notification Sound:

    1. Ensure that the audio files you want to use as notification sounds have been copied in the "Notifications" folder
    2. From the home screen, tap "Apps"
    3. Tap "Settings" and access "Sound"
    4. Swipe to "System" and tap "Notification sound"
    5. Select the audio file you want to use for notifications. Audio files that have been recently transferred in the "Notifications" folder will be listed under "My Notifications"
    6. If the notification sound is grayed out, you need to change the "Sound Profile" from "Silent" to "Sound"
