Windows 7 64 bit found Revere2 which I lost and is not recoverable. Had contacts backed up with Datapilot.. Bought a Revere3 and upgraded Datapilot to latest version but am unable to restore contacts to it. Have not been able to find drivers that let computer or Datapilot recognize phone. I took a thumb drive with 3 versions of backup (MS Outlook, csv, and dpb files) to the Verizon store and was told they could not or would not help. Just type it all in again. Hopefully someone can help solve my problem. Thanks in advance ; Bob D.
