I just learned that the camera in my new LG G3 has no way to control exposure or correct white balance. After complaining to customer service, they said that these advanced features are on my phone but I can't access them. According to the users manual, I see no controls for either backlight compensation or white balance. Who is right?

Re: Camera on my new LG G3
Is there an app that will let you over-ride this behaviour maybe?

Re: Camera on my new LG G3
Yes, there is an app from the Google Store that allows me to change camera settings however it only works indoors as the screen gets washed-out out-of-doors so badly that I can not see the shot I am taking. It seems the bigger the LCD, the harder to see outside. At the beach, I can see nothing on-screen. I keep brightness at the highest setting (10),but even shady places offer no solution. Why don't manufacturers use OLED screens which can be bright outdoors? Any solution in the meantime?

The question should be Who is wrong. I don't think any one of you is wrong, Both are correct and there is nothing you can do about it.
