Restore Contacts:
- Tap “Apps” while on the home screen
- Tap “Settings” and scroll to “Personal”
- Tap “Backup & reset”
- Tap “LG Backup service” > “File restore & management”
- Locate and select the backup file, then tap “Next”
- Press “Start” to begin the restore
- At the “Restored” pop-up tap “Done”
- The phone will reboot and your contacts should be restored
Restore Contacts from the SD Card:
- Open the apps drawer and go to “Settings”
- Under “Personal” tap “Backup & reset”
- Tap “LG Backup service”
- Tap “File restore & management”
- Locate and select the backup file then tap “next"
- Tap “Start” and at the “Restored” message, tap “Done”
- Your phone will reboot with all the contacts restored
Restore Media Files
Using Your Phone:
- Go to the phone’s “Settings” menu
- Scroll down to “Personal” and tap “Backup & reset”
- Tap “LG Backup service” > “File restore & management”
- Tap “Next” > “Start”
- At the “Restored” pop-up tap “Done” and wait for your phone to reboot
Using Your Computer:
- Connect the LG Leon to your computer via USB
- When / if prompted, tap “Media device (MTP)”, otherwise enable the option from the notification area
- From the AutoPlay window on the PC, select to open the phone’s directories
- Launch a second Windows Explorer window and locate the files backed up on your PC’s HDD
- Copy the files and transfer them back to the phone storage
- Once the transfer is done, click the “Media device” icon in the system tray, eject the phone storage and safely disconnect it from the computer
