Block Calls:

  1. Tap “apps” on the home screen
  2. Open “Settings
  3. Go to the “General” tab
  4. Tap “Call” > “Call reject
  5. Tap “Reject calls from” > “+
    • To block calls from a contact: tap the contact and press “Done
    • To block calls from the call log: tap the call log entry and tap “Done
    • To block a phone number: enter the number and tap “Save

Unblock a Phone Number:

  1. Access the “Settings” menu
  2. Tap “Call” > “Call reject
  3. Tap “Reject calls from
  4. Tap the “trash can” icon and select the phone number you want to unblock
  5. Tap “Delete” > “Yes” to confirm

Block Messages:

  1. Open “Messaging
  2. Select the conversation thread exchanged with the contact you want to block messages from
  3. Tap “Menu” > “Register spam number
  4. Select whether you want to “Delete all messages of the selected number” or not
  5. Tap “Yes

Unblock Messages:

  1. Open “Messaging
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Spam manager
  3. Tap “Spam settings” > “Spam numbers
  4. Tap the “Trash can” icon and tap the phone number you want to unblock
  5. Tap “Delete” > “Yes

Forward All Calls (Unconditional Forwarding):

  1. Access the “Settings” menu
  2. Tap “Call
  3. Under “Incoming call” tap “Call forwarding
  4. Tap “Always forward
  5. Enter the phone number to forward calls to, or tap “Contacts” and select a contact from the phonebook
  6. Tap “Turn on

Forward Calls (Conditional Forwarding):

  1. Go to “Settings
  2. Tap “Call
  3. Under “Incoming call”, tap “Call forwarding
  4. Under “Forward if”, select to forward when “Busy”, “Unreachable” or “Unanswered
  5. Edit or enter the phone number to forward calls to, or select a contact
  6. Tap “Update

Cancel Call Forwarding:

  1. Access “Settings
  2. Tap “Call
  3. Tap “Call forwarding” under “Incoming call
  4. Tap “Always forward
  5. Select “Turn off
