Block Calls:
- Tap “apps” on the home screen
- Open “Settings”
- Go to the “General” tab
- Tap “Call” > “Call reject”
- Tap “Reject calls from” > “+”
- To block calls from a contact: tap the contact and press “Done”
- To block calls from the call log: tap the call log entry and tap “Done”
- To block a phone number: enter the number and tap “Save”
Unblock a Phone Number:
- Access the “Settings” menu
- Tap “Call” > “Call reject”
- Tap “Reject calls from”
- Tap the “trash can” icon and select the phone number you want to unblock
- Tap “Delete” > “Yes” to confirm
Block Messages:
- Open “Messaging”
- Select the conversation thread exchanged with the contact you want to block messages from
- Tap “Menu” > “Register spam number”
- Select whether you want to “Delete all messages of the selected number” or not
- Tap “Yes”
Unblock Messages:
- Open “Messaging”
- Tap “Menu” > “Spam manager”
- Tap “Spam settings” > “Spam numbers”
- Tap the “Trash can” icon and tap the phone number you want to unblock
- Tap “Delete” > “Yes”
Forward All Calls (Unconditional Forwarding):
- Access the “Settings” menu
- Tap “Call”
- Under “Incoming call” tap “Call forwarding”
- Tap “Always forward”
- Enter the phone number to forward calls to, or tap “Contacts” and select a contact from the phonebook
- Tap “Turn on”
Forward Calls (Conditional Forwarding):
- Go to “Settings”
- Tap “Call”
- Under “Incoming call”, tap “Call forwarding”
- Under “Forward if”, select to forward when “Busy”, “Unreachable” or “Unanswered”
- Edit or enter the phone number to forward calls to, or select a contact
- Tap “Update”
Cancel Call Forwarding:
- Access “Settings”
- Tap “Call”
- Tap “Call forwarding” under “Incoming call”
- Tap “Always forward”
- Select “Turn off”
