Restore Contacts:
- Tap “Apps” on the home screen
- Tap “Settings”
- If necessary, tap “Menu” > “List view”
- Scroll to “Personal” and tap “Backup & reset”
- Tap “LG Backup service” > “File restore & management”
- Locate and select the backup and tap “Next”
- Tap “Start”
- At the “Restored” message, tap “Done” and wait for your phone to reboot
Restore Contacts from the SD Card:
- Access the “Settings” menu
- Switch to “List view” if necessary
- Scroll to “Personal” and tap “Backup & reset”
- Tap “LG Backup service” > “Backup and restore”
- Tap “File restore & management”
- Locate and select the backup file on the SD card
- Tap “Next” > “Start”
- When the “Restored” message appears, tap “Done”
- Wait for the phone to reboot
Restore Media Files Using the Phone:
- Tap “Apps” > “Settings”
- Switch to “List view” if necessary
- Scroll to “Personal” and tap “Backup & reset”
- Tap “LG Backup service” > “File restore & management”
- Locate and tap the media file backup
- Tap “Next” > “Start”
- Tap “Done” when the restore is complete and wait for the phone to restart
Restore Media Files from a Windows PC:
- Establish a connection between the LG Risio and computer via USB
- Tap “Media sync (MTP)” or enable the option from the notification area
- In the AutoPlay window on the PC, click to browse the phone’s files and folders
- Launch a second Explorer window and locate the backed up files on your computer
- Copy the files and transfer them on your phone’s memory
- After the transfer is complete, eject the phone storage and safely disconnect the device from the USB connector
