Restore Contacts:

  1. Tap “Apps” on the home screen
  2. Launch “Settings”
  3. If necessary, tap “Menu” and switch to “List view”
  4. Tap “Backup & reset” under “Personal”
  5. Tap “LG Backup service” > “File restore & management”
  6. Locate and select the backup file, then tap “Next”
  7. Tap “Start” > “Done”

Restore Contacts from the SD Card:

  1. Launch “Settings” and if necessary, switch to “List view”
  2. Under “Personal” tap “Backup & reset”
  3. Tap “LG Backup service” > “Backup and restore”
  4. Tap “File restore & management” and locate & select the backup file
  5. Tap “Next” > “Start”
  6. At the “Restored” message, tap “Done”

Restore Media Files on the Phone:

  1. Access “Settings”
  2. Under “Personal”, tap “Backup & reset”
  3. Tap “LG Backup service” > “File restore & management”
  4. Browse for and select the media file backup
  5. Tap “Next” > “Start”
  6. At the “Restored” prompt, tap “Done”

Restore Media Files on a Windows PC:

  1. Connect the LG Class to your computer via USB
  2. Tap “Media sync (MTP)” at the prompt, or enable the option from the notification area
  3. Launch an Explorer window on the computer and locate the media or “.sbf” file(s) backed up on your computer
  4. Copy the file(s), and navigate to your phone storage
  5. Paste the file(s) on the phone storage, preferably in the “Media” directory
  6. After the transfer is complete, eject the phone storage from the system tray and safely disconnect the device from the USB connector
