How-to: LG G4c: Block Calls & Messages; Forward Calls

Block Calls:

1. Tap “Apps” on the home screen
2. Open “Settings”
3. Tap “Call” > “Call reject”
4. Tap “Reject calls from”
5. Tap “+” and perform one of the following:
   
   • To block a Contact: select the desired contact and tap “Done”
   • To block a Call Log entry: select it and tap “Done”
   • To block a New number: enter the phone number and tap “Save”

Unblock Calls:

1. Go to “Settings”
2. Tap “Call” > “Call reject”
3. Tap “Reject calls from”
4. Tap the “trash can” icon
5. Select the numbers you want to unblock
6. Tap “Delete” > “Yes”

Block Messages:

1. Open the apps drawer and launch “Messaging”
2. Tap “Menu” > “Register spam numbers”
3. Enable or disable “Delete all messages of the selected number”
4. Tap “Yes” to confirm
5. Select the number you want to prevent sending you messages

Unblock Messages:

1. Open “Messaging”
2. Tap “Menu” > “Spam manager”
3. Tap “Spam settings” > “Spam numbers”
4. Touch the “trash can” button
5. Select the numbers you want to unblock
6. Press “Delete” > “Yes” to confirm

Forward Calls:

1. Tap “Apps” on the home screen
2. Open “Settings”
3. Tap “Call” > “Call forwarding”
4. Tap “Always forward”
5. Enter the phone number you want to forward calls to, or tap “Contacts” to choose a contact from the phonebook
6. Tap “Turn on”

Forward Calls (Conditional Forwarding):

1. Launch “Settings”
2. Tap “Call”
3. Scroll to “Incoming Call” and tap “Call forwarding”
4. Under “Forward If”, select “Busy”, “Unanswered” or “Unreachable”
5. If necessary, enter or edit the phone number you want to forward calls to (or tap “Contacts” to select a recipient from the phonebook)
6. Tap “Update” / “Turn in”

Disable Call Forwarding:

1. Open “Settings”
2. Tap “Call”
3. Tap “Call forwarding” under “Incoming Call”
4. Select “Always forward” and tap “Turn off”
