Block Calls:

  1. Tap “Apps” on the home screen
  2. Open “Settings”
  3. Tap “Call” > “Call reject” > “Reject calls from”
  4. Tap “+” and perform one of the following:
    • To block a contact: select it and tap “Done”
    • To block a call log entry: select it and tap “Done”
    • To block a phone number: enter the phone number and tap “Save”

Unblock a Phone Number:

  1. Go to the phone’s “Settings” menu
  2. Tap “Call” > “Call reject”
  3. Tap “Reject calls from”
  4. Tap the “trash can” icon
  5. Select the phone number / contact you want to unblock
  6. Tap “Delete” and press “Yes” to confirm

Block Messages:

  1. Open “Messaging”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Register spam number”
  3. Enable or disable “Delete all messages of the selected number”

Unblock Messages:

  1. Launch “Messaging”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Spam manager”
  3. Tap “Spam settings” > “Spam numbers”
  4. Tap the “trash can” icon and select the phone number you wish to unblock
  5. Tap “Delete” > “Yes”

Forward Calls:

  1. Open the apps drawer
  2. Go to “Settings”
  3. Tap “Call” and swipe to “Incoming call”
  4. Tap “Call forwarding”
  5. Select “Always forward”
  6. Enter the phone number you want to forward incoming calls to, or tap “Contacts” and an existing one from your phonebook
  7. Tap “Turn on”

Forward Calls (Conditional):

  1. Access “Settings”
  2. Tap “Call” > “Incoming Call”
  3. Tap “Call forwarding”
  4. Under “Forward if”, choose “Unanswered”, “Unreachable” or “Busy”
  5. Enter or edit the phone number you want to forward calls to (optionally, select from “Contacts”)
  6. Tap “Turn on” or “Update”

Disable Call Forwarding:

  1. Go to “Settings”
  2. Tap “Call” > “Call forwarding”
  3. Select “Always forward” (or a different option if applicable)
  4. Tap “Turn off”
