Forward All Calls:

  1. Tap “Phone” on the home screen
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
  3. Access “Call settings” and tap “Call forwarding”
  4. Select “Always forward”
  5. Tap “Enable”

Forward Calls (Conditional Forwarding):

  1. Open “Phone” and tap “Menu”
  2. Access “Settings” and tap “Call settings” > “Call forwarding”
  3. Select to forward “When busy”, “When unreachable” or “When unanswered”
  4. Enter the phone number you want to use for call forwarding”
  5. Tap “Update” / “Enable”

Turn Off Call Forwarding”:

  1. On the home screen, tap “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
  3. Go to “Call settings” and tap “Call forwarding”
  4. Select to disable “Always forward”, “When unanswered”, “When unreachable” or “When unanswered”
  5. Tap “Disable”

Block Calls:

  1. Open “Contacts”
  2. Tap the “All Contacts” tab
  3. Select the contact you want to block
  4. Tap “Edit” > “Menu” and enable “All calls to voicemail”

Unblock Calls:

  1. Launch “Contacts”
  2. Go to the “All Contacts” tab
  3. Tap the contact you want to unblock and tap “Edit”
  4. Tap “Menu” and turn off “All calls to voicemail”
