Block Calls:

  1. Access the phone’s “Settings” menu
  2. Tap “Call” > “Call reject
  3. Tap “Reject calls from” > “+
  4. Perform one of the following:
    • To block a contact: select the desired contact and tap “Done
    • To block a new number: enter the number and tap “Save
    • To block a number from the call log: select the call log entry and tap “Done

Unblock Calls:

  1. Go to “Settings
  2. Tap “Call” > “Call reject
  3. Tap “Reject calls from
  4. Tap the “Trash can” icon and select the phone number(s) you want to unblock
  5. Tap “Delete” > “Yes

Block Messages from a Number:

  1. Open the default “Messaging” app
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Register spam number
  3. Check or clear “Delete all messages of the selected number
  4. Tap “Yes” or “No” to confirm

Unblock Messages from a Number:

  1. Launch “Messaging
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Spam manager
  3. Go to “Spam Settings” > “Spam numbers
  4. Tap the “Trash can” icon
  5. Select the number you want to unblock
  6. Tap “Delete” > “Yes

Forward All Calls:

  1. Open the phone’s “Settings” menu
  2. Tap “Call
  3. Under “Incoming call”, tap “Call forwarding
  4. Tap “Always forward” and enter the phone number you want to forward calls to
  5. Tap “Contacts”, or select the phone number you want to forward incoming calls to
  6. Tap “Turn on

Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:

  1. Access “Settings
  2. Tap “Call
  3. Tap “Call forwarding” under “Incoming Call
  4. Under “Forward If”, select “Busy”, “Unreachable” or “Unanswered
  5. If necessary, enter or edit the phone number you want to forward incoming calls to (or tap “Contacts”)
  6. Tap “Update

Disable Call Forwarding:

  1. Tap “Call” in the phone’s “Settings” menu
  2. Under “Incoming call”, tap “Call forwarding
  3. Select “Always forward” or another forwarding option you wish to disable
  4. Tap “Turn off
