Block Calls:
- Access the phone’s “Settings” menu
- Tap “Call” > “Call reject”
- Tap “Reject calls from” > “+”
- Perform one of the following:
- To block a contact: select the desired contact and tap “Done”
- To block a new number: enter the number and tap “Save”
- To block a number from the call log: select the call log entry and tap “Done”
Unblock Calls:
- Go to “Settings”
- Tap “Call” > “Call reject”
- Tap “Reject calls from”
- Tap the “Trash can” icon and select the phone number(s) you want to unblock
- Tap “Delete” > “Yes”
Block Messages from a Number:
- Open the default “Messaging” app
- Tap “Menu” > “Register spam number”
- Check or clear “Delete all messages of the selected number”
- Tap “Yes” or “No” to confirm
Unblock Messages from a Number:
- Launch “Messaging”
- Tap “Menu” > “Spam manager”
- Go to “Spam Settings” > “Spam numbers”
- Tap the “Trash can” icon
- Select the number you want to unblock
- Tap “Delete” > “Yes”
Forward All Calls:
- Open the phone’s “Settings” menu
- Tap “Call”
- Under “Incoming call”, tap “Call forwarding”
- Tap “Always forward” and enter the phone number you want to forward calls to
- Tap “Contacts”, or select the phone number you want to forward incoming calls to
- Tap “Turn on”
Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:
- Access “Settings”
- Tap “Call”
- Tap “Call forwarding” under “Incoming Call”
- Under “Forward If”, select “Busy”, “Unreachable” or “Unanswered”
- If necessary, enter or edit the phone number you want to forward incoming calls to (or tap “Contacts”)
- Tap “Update”
Disable Call Forwarding:
- Tap “Call” in the phone’s “Settings” menu
- Under “Incoming call”, tap “Call forwarding”
- Select “Always forward” or another forwarding option you wish to disable
- Tap “Turn off”
