Block Incoming Calls From a Contact / Number:

  1. Go to the phone’s “Settings” menu
  2. Tap “Call” > “Decline and reject calls”
  3. Tap “Reject calls from” > “+”
  4. Follow one of the steps below:
    • To block a phone number or call log entry: tap it and press “Done”
    • To block a contact: select the desired contact and tap “Done”
    • To block a new phone number: enter the number ant tap “Save”

Unblock Calls:

  1. Open “Settings”
  2. Tap “Call” > “Decline and reject calls”
  3. Tap “Reject calls from”
  4. Touch the “Trash can” icon and select the phone numbers you want to unblock
  5. Tap “Delete”
  6. Press “Yes” to confirm

Block Messages:

  1. Open “Messaging”
  2. Press “Menu”
  3. Tap “Register spam numbers”
  4. Choose whether or not to “Delete all messages of the selected number”
  5. Press “Yes”

Unblock Messages:

  1. Launch “Messaging”
  2. Tap “Menu”
  3. Tap “Spam manager” > “Spam settings”
  4. Go to “Spam numbers” and tap the “Trash can” icon next to the phone number you want to unblock
  5. Tap “Delete” > “Yes” to confirm

Enable Call Forwarding:

  1. On the home screen, swipe the “Notification” bar down
  2. Tap “Settings” in the upper-right corner
  3. Tap “Call”
  4. Under “Incoming call”, tap “Call forwarding”
  5. Select “Always forward” and enter the phone number you want to forward calls to. Alternatively, tap “Contacts” and select an existing contact to forward to
  6. Tap “Turn on” to confirm

Enable Conditional Forwarding:

  1. Open “Settings”
  2. Tap “Call”
  3. Under “Incoming Call”, tap “Call forwarding”
  4. Under “Forward If”, select to forward incoming calls if “Unanswered”, “Unreachable” or “Busy”
  5. Enter or edit the phone number you want to forward calls to, or tap “Contacts” to select one from your phonebook
  6. Tap “Update” / “Turn on”

Disable Call Forwarding:

  1. Launch “Settings”
  2. Tap “Call”
  3. Tap “Call forwarding”
  4. Select the forwarding option you want to turn off
  5. Tap “Turn off”
