How-to: LG X Power: Manage Call Forwarding; Block / Unblock Calls & Messages

Enable Call Forwarding:

1. Swipe the “Notification” bar down on the home screen
2. Open “Settings”
3. Tap “Call”
4. Under “Incoming call”, tap “Call forwarding”
5. Select to “Always forward”
6. Enter the phone number you want to forward calls to, or tap “Contacts” and select a contact from the phonebook
7. Tap “Turn on”

Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:

1. Launch “Settings”
2. Tap “Call”
3. Tap “Call forwarding” under “Incoming Call”
4. Under “Forward If”, select to forward incoming calls if “Unreachable”, “Unanswered” or “Busy”
5. Enter or edit the phone number to forward calls to, or tap “Contacts”
6. Tap “Update” / “Turn on”

Disable Call Forwarding:

1. Open “Settings”
2. Tap “Call” > “Call forwarding”
3. Select the forwarding option you want to disable
4. Tap “Turn off”

Block Calls From a Contact / Number:

1. Open the “Settings” menu
2. Tap “Call”
3. Tap “Decline and reject calls” > “Reject calls from”
4. Tap “+” and follow one of the steps below:
   
   • To block a contact or call log entry: select it and press “Done”
   • To block a contact: select it and tap “Done”
   • To block a phone number: tap it and press “Save”

Unblock Calls:

1. Launch “Settings”
2. Tap “Call” > “Decline and reject calls”
3. Tap “Reject calls from”
4. Tap the “Trash can” icon and select the phone numbers you want to unblock
5. Tap “Delete” > “Yes” to confirm

Block Messages:

1. Launch “Messaging”
2. Tap “Menu”
3. Tap “Register spam numbers”
4. Select whether or not you want to “Delete all messages of the selected number”
5. Tap “Yes”

Unblock Messages:

1. Launch “Messaging”
2. Tap “Menu” > “Spam manager”
3. Tap “Spam settings”
4. Access” Spam numbers”
5. Tap the “Trash can” icon associated with the phone number you want to unblock
6. Tap “Delete” > “Yes”
