Enable Call Forwarding:
- Swipe the “Notification” bar down on the home screen
- Launch “Settings”
- Tap “Call”
- Tap “Call forwarding” under “Incoming call”
- Select “Always forward”
- Enter the phone number you want to forward calls to, or tap “Contacts” and select a contact to forward calls to
- Tap “Turn on”
Enable Conditional Forwarding:
- Launch “Settings”
- Tap “Call” > “Call forwarding”
- Under “Forward if”, select to forward incoming calls if “Unanswered”, “Unreachable”, or “Busy”
- Edit or enter the phone number you want to forward calls to, or alternatively, tap “Contacts” and select one from the phonebook
- Tap “Update” / “Turn on”
Disable Call Forwarding:
- Open “Settings”
- Tap “Call” > “Call forwarding”
- Select the forwarding option you want to disable
- Tap “Turn off”
Block Incoming Calls From a Contact / Phone Number:
- Access the “Settings” menu
- Tap “Call” > “Decline and reject calls”
- Tap “Reject calls from”
- Tap “+” and follow one of the steps below:
- To block a call log entry or phone number: select it and tap “Done”
- To block a contact: select the desired contact and tap “Done”
- To block a new phone number: enter the phone number and tap “Save”
Unblock Calls:
- Launch “Settings”
- Tap “Call” > “Decline and reject calls”
- Tap “Reject calls from”
- Tap the “Trash can” icon
- Select the phone number you want to unblock and tap “Delete”
- Tap “Yes” to confirm
Block Messages:
- Launch “Messaging”
- Tap “Menu” > “Register spam numbers”
- Select whether or not to “Delete all messages of the selected number”
- Tap “Yes” to confirm
Unblock Messages:
- Open “Messaging”
- Tap “Menu”
- Access “Spam manager”
- Go to “Spam settings” > “Spam numbers”
- Tap the “Trash can” icon associated with the phone number you want to unblock
- Tap “Delete” > “Yes”
