Enable Call Forwarding:
- Swipe the “Notification” bar down on the home screen
- Open “Settings”
- Tap “Call”
- Under “Incoming Call”, tap “Call forwarding”
- Select “Always forward”
- Enter the phone number to forward calls to, or tap “Contacts” and select an existing contact from your phonebook
- Tap “Turn on”
Turn On Conditional Call Forwarding:
- Go to “Settings”
- Tap “Call” > “Call forwarding”
- Under “Forward if”, select to forward incoming calls if “Unanswered”, “Unreachable” or “Busy”
- Edit or enter the phone number to forward calls to, or tap “Contacts” and select a contact from the phonebook
- Tap “Turn on” / “Update”
Disable Call Forwarding:
- Open “Settings”
- Tap “Call” > “Call forwarding”
- Select the forwarding option you want to disable
- Tap “Turn off”
Block Incoming Calls from a Contact / Phone Number:
- Open “Settings”
- Tap “Call” > “Decline and reject calls”
- Tap “Reject calls from”
- Tap “+” and follow one of the steps below:
- To block a call log entry or contact: select it and tap “Done”
- To block a contact: select the desired contact and tap “Done”
- To block a phone number: enter it and tap “Save”
Unblock Incoming Calls:
- Launch “Settings”
- Tap “Call” > “Decline and reject calls”
- Tap “Reject calls from”
- Tap the “Trash can” icon and select the phone number(s) you want to unblock
- Tap “Delete” > “Yes” to confirm
Block Messages:
- Launch “Messaging”
- Tap “Menu” > “Register spam numbers”
- Select whether to “Delete all messages of the selected number” or not
- Tap “Yes” to confirm
Unblock Messages:
- Open “Messaging”
- Tap “Menu” > “Spam manager”
- Tap “Spam settings”
- Go to “Spam numbers”
- Tap the “trash can” icon associated with the phone number you want to unblock
- Tap “Delete” > “Yes”
