Block Incoming Calls:
- Tap “Phone” on the home screen
- Tap “Menu”
- Go to “Call settings” > “Call blocking & Decline With Message”
- Tap “Blocked numbers” > “+”
- Perform one of the steps below:
- To block a call log entry: select it and tap “Done”
- To block a contact: select the contact you want to block and tap “Done”
- To block a new phone number: enter it and tap “Save”
Unblock Calls:
- Tap “Phone” on the home screen
- Tap “Menu”
- Go to “Call settings”
- Access “Call blocking & Decline with message”
- Tap “Blocked numbers” and select the phone numbers you want to unblock
- Tap “Delete” > “Yes”
Block Messages:
- Open “Messaging”
- Tap “Menu” > “Register spam numbers”
- Select whether to “Delete all messages of the selected number”
- Tap “Yes”
Unblock Messages:
- Launch “Messaging”
- Tap “Menu” > “Spam manager”
- Tap “Spam settings” > “Spam numbers”
- Tap the “Trash can icon next to the phone number you want to unblock
- Tap “Delete” > “Yes” to confirm
Block Messages via Google Messenger:
- Launch Google “Messenger”
- Select the conversation thread exchanged with the phone number / contact you want to block
- Tap “Menu”
- Go to “People & options” and tap “Block [contact / number]”
NOTE: The message thread and future messages from the blocked contact / number will be archived, and you will no longer receive notifications for these messages.
Unblock Messages via Google Messenger:
- Launch “Messenger”
- Tap “Menu” > “Blocked contacts” (NOTE: This option will not be shown if the block list is empty)
- Tap “Unblock” next to the contact you want to unblock
NOTE: The message thread will be removed from archives.
Manage Caller ID Settings:
- Open “Phone”
- Tap “Menu” > “Call settings”
- Tap “More” > “Additional settings”
- Go to “Caller ID”
- Select “Network default”, “Hide number” or “Show number”
Enable Call Forwarding:
- Open “Phone”
- Tap “Menu”
- Access “Call settings”
- Tap “More” > “Call forwarding”
- Select “Always forward”
- Enter the phone number you want to forward calls to, or tap “Contacts” and select one from the phonebook
- Tap “Turn on”
Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:
- Open “Phone”
- Tap “Menu” > “Call settings”
- Tap “More” > “Call forwarding”
- Under “Forward if”, select to forward when “Busy”, “Unreachable” or “Unanswered”
- If necessary, edit or enter the phone number you want to forward calls to, or you can tap “Contacts” and select one from the phonebook
- Tap “Turn on” / “Update”
Turn Off Call Forwarding:
- Launch “Phone”
- Tap “Menu”
- Go to “Call settings” and tap “More”
- Tap “Call forwarding”
- Select “Always forward” > “Turn off”
