To all of you who have had or are having problems with your ENV (VX9900) charging mechanism I want to share that I'm not resting with their complacency about this problem phone - Verizon Wireless (VW) reps continue to make us feel as if we are the problem when I'm hearing from a lot of you that, the phone is the problem.
