Hey Spikejones! Yeah I use this page to contact people all of the time. This site seems to be growing more, so hopefully more people will use it. As for the custom avatar, you have to pay for it using your CPF $. You use the "Feature Store" link at the top of the page, right next to "User CP". Here is the link to the customer avatar section.
