Great service, but a few bugs to work out.

I've been using this cellular provider ever since it became available where I live. The bill is reasonable and includes UNLIMITED minutes of local service every month. The only problem is that there are so many customers that I occasionally get disconnected from calls. Also, I can't download ringtones to my phone...but maybe the company will reconsider - right now, the management thinks no one who subscribes to the service would want to customize their ringtone. They are wrong about that!
