Mobile Spy software internet connection

I have just purchased Mobile Spy software (spy-mobile-phone.com)

This product is OK, just like explained, but the software/cell phone is ALL THE TIME CONNECTED TO THE INTERNET, "Packet Data" is active all the time, even though there are no calls or SMS activities, and all this "eats" money and the battery, and the INTERNET ICON IS VISIBLE on the cell phone screen. Support from the Mobile Spy company is poor and time "consumpting".

I understand this software that the cell phone will connect itself to the internet from time for time just for few or several seconds, but I did not expected the cell phone to be connected non-stop all day(s) and night(s) long.

I installed and uninstalled software several times, but there are no changes: the cell phone remains connected to the internet all the time. I manually disconnect the cell phone from the internet, but the cell phone/software connects itself very soon again.

I need to emphasize that all other applications are closed.

Your comments and advices related to this issue are very appreciated, i.e what am I supposed to do in order to have software/cell phone NOT connected all the time to the internet?

If you disconnet to the internet of your phone, the Mobile spy on will not able to work. Because the software need to send logs to your mobile spy online account via Internet.
