Is it possible for someone to spy if my cell phone has no internet usage?

Is it possible for someone to spy on my cell phone if it doesn't have internet usage? I have the packet data turned off, wifi and bluetooth turned off, don't download apps, don't email, and don't click on links in text messages. Is it possible for someone to listen to my conversations or see the contents on my phone from a remote location?

Thanks. Is it possible for someone to use my cell phone as a remote microphone and listen to anything that is being said nearby? I heard that this may be possible even if the cell phone is turned off! But, does the data access on my phone need to be turned on for this to work?

If someone installed a remote 'spy' application it is possible they can get some of your information if the phone has a wifi or data connection. It's also possible for a phone call to be intercepted. If the phone is completely off there is no way the microphone can be used. That's silly.

No, its not yet possible to spy any cell phone with out using/activating internet. There is not a single app available in the market that spy cell phone with out internet. Internet is necessary to upload the activities of targeted smart phone.

Not only WiFi. You cell phone service may provide you with high speed internet without WiFi being turned on on your phone. So unless you disable this feature with your provider, another person could spy on your phone.

Is ist still possible to spy a phone, if the location service was switched to off? So can data still be taken from the phone by someone spying if the phone is normally switched on, even inernet is used sometimes by using WIFI, but the GPS location service was disabled, so there is actually a GPS location service on the phone but switched off? I'm using a spying software on my phone right now to back up all data. I have my GPS turned off most of the time. Though I still can see my location details on the user panel. Location seems to be recorded through wifi or cellular service tower location, when GPS is not working. This is not as accurate as GPS. Still you get the idea =).
