Is it billed as a third party app to your Verizon Wireless account, or do you need accounts elsewhere...or what?

They don't do the prepaid thing, but Google Checkout is almost identical to Paypal, go to http://checkout.google.com and look around, it is free to sign up and helps you even keep track of purchases and asks how happy you have been with each transaction.

Re: How Do You Pay For "Paid" DROID apps?
I would assume over time "The Market" will mature to offer such things as pre payed gift type cards... I hope so.... from what I have read and heard,, one of the biggest problems Android users/developers have right now is the different development efforts required to support each of the platforms (1.5, 1.6, and 2.0)
I personally think if they don't fix that right away we could end up with tons of apps, but we won't know which works on which platform unless specifically told by the developer. a NIGHTMARE FOR DEVELOPERS
