The car mount Verizon sells is made by USA Wireless Solutions, w w w . usaws . com. It would appear to be a Verizon exclusive.

I ponied up the $30 at the VZW store and I am glad I did. It's a well-made mount. You do have to put up with having the little nub thing on the Droid's case, but it doesn't bother me.
