HELP - transfer contacts via bluetooth???

I have a 2009 Mercedes-Benz C300 that has bluetooth connection for phones. I have the Droid connected to operate for the use of the phone via bluetooth....but now I need my contacts to download.........HOW???

Thanks...but I am not like most who are afraid to pick-up a phone. I called Verizon and they had no answer for me......and I work for Mercedes so I kinda know that end of the gig. My last phone had a way of making it work....this one doesn't have the same "options/settings" as the LG I had.
