I have an LG enV3, with unlimited text and data, but limited minutes. If someone else got the phone for me, like as a birthday present, just the phone not a plan with it. Could I take it and my current phone to a verizon store and have them switch the Droid to my current plan without upgrading anything in my current plan?

The only thing the DROID requires is a data plan, since you already have that, i don't see a problem.

    Re: Switch to Droid

    Well kind of.

The Data Plan you have for your enV is probably not the same that is required for the Droid.

The DROID requires a $30 unlimited data plan.
