need help motorola droid is acting up

today i was listening to music and wen i click to go back to home screen it froze then went to black screen so i took out the battery n put it back in and started it again same thing black screen i tried to reboot it and couldnt cuz my screen will be black i was working so left it alone during lunch i was able to turn it on fine did factory reset still act very slow so went to reboot again and now its back to black screen it i know its on cuz i can see i got a text but no luck on the screen any advice????

It seems like you did your first echlon maintance, at some point you're gonna need tech support/repair, you may have reach that point. There's not much you can do if you can't get a screen, you removed the battery and did a reboot and still you have a blank screen.

My next step would be to bring it to a store, some reps are geeks, they may have an idea because of experience with customers who may of had the same problem. GoodLuck

I took my phone to the verizon and it turn on fine for them did a system reset and it turn on and off jst fine so I left went down the street and went bck to black screen they ended up giving me a new phone wich I'm using rightg now and works fine

my new phone is working fine no problems at all

they were nice ladies helping me out with my situation i even ask about new iphone5 they said they didnt know much about it but had heard rumors about it. plus i wasnt being a hard person to deal with like i seen go there.
