My phone has not been charging right lately.. It started out it wouldn't charge on the car charger--- now thats completely stopped working. Then it would charge on my regular house charger but i had to get it positioned just right.. I can't even get it to charge on that anymore. I have it pluggged in to the USB cord right now and its got the light on like its charging but on the screen it says bootloader D0.11 battery low cannot program.. what does that mean?
