I have the original droid and whenever I go into see all the apps that I have everytime it "rebuilds" all of the apps that show up, so it starts will all the basic apps and then adds all the apps that I have downloaded and they just pop up randomly. Any idea whats causing this and how to make it not go through this? I was able to get the phone for a deal using cell phone coupons so maybe it was a refurbished phone that got broken or already had issues?

it shouldn't need to do that. Hrm. Have you tried resetting everything to factory default? There may be something installed that isn't working correctly.

As long as you're synced with Google your contacts will reload after the reset. You can backup text messages and other things with a program like this: https://market.android.com/details?i...=search_result
