Yes the Motorola RAZR-V9x has GPS within it. But i think this ins only available with AT&T connection.

I had this phone and it just didn't live up to the expectations I had for it. Imo, it wasn't as durable as most Motorola phones and it was to easy for it to get bogged down and not function properly.

I agree w/ Meepers. My only pro's are the call quality, and picture quality. Everything else is below the bar. The outside buttons on my phone are too sensitive. While inside my pocket, the phone unlocks then starts taking photos and videos of the inside of my pocket. Thrilling stuff!
