Razr v3 locked??

Hi there,

I just recently got a Motorola Razr v3 from Cingular.

I live part time in Mexico, so I popped out the Cingular SIM chip and I fired in the Telcel SIM. Seemed to accept it fine and everything looked ok.

I have been trying to send txt messages and browse using the mini browser, but to avail.

Any ideas what could be causing this? Is there some magical settings that I have to enable for this thing to work on Telcel?

Where did you buy the phone from and for how much?

Cingular, and the phone price is based on how long of a contract you choose.
