Hey, I know you can lock the phone to keep people out, but can you do a simple keypad lock that doesn't require you to "lock the phone?"

On my old paper weight NOkia, you could do it by hitting one key then another in sequence... wasn't for security, and you could still answer calls without hitting any unlock codez...

Also, I haven't seen anywhere in the manual, nor the 'net if you can increase the brightness of the time on the external display after the light kicks off...you can still see it faintly in bright light but you have to open your phone or push the "smart" button in most places to read it.\
