That is true, but we can easily help you set up your phone...

All the Black RAZRs from ebay are still kind of expensive if you "buy one now" for me.
If there was anyway to get a Back RAZR Unlocked for $220-255 I would buy it ASAP!!!

Unfortunately I have a silver, or else I would have sold mine to you. It is only a month old. But if you can find some retailer who sells for free or nearly free, take that and then cancel the t-mo contract. You will be charged 200 for early termination, but so what, you get the phone for 200+35 activation charge. Still much cheaper than paying 339. Make sure that early termination does not require returning the phone.

Problem for me............

I have two lines on my TM account, so TM would be so nice as to charge me $400 to cancel! Ive spoken with 2 different customer svce managers. Nice way they handle 15 year customers, huh?? I like their phone service for where I use my phones, but the the cust svce really stinks. Im with them ssince OMNIPOINT and Ive upgraded phones and plans for years and this is how they handle me..................................FINE.......... ........I'll wait and when the contacr expires, I'll drop them like a bad habit and get my FREE RAZRS elsewhere...by then, the prices will be lower...........................

I guess they consider you as a customer who wont cancel come what may. After all they have 15 years of experience with you .... just being sarcastig about the cust service.

You can "lose" your phone and put your account on hold and wont have to pay. Probably has a limit like 30 days. Find out. I did that when I lost my AT&T phone, and was not charged for the days when account was on hold/suspended. And the contract was not extended.
Also you can "go on vacation" out of the country and the vacation period will not be charged.

Something for you to remember and even out the blows.

One more thing, did the rep "tell" you that the contract is extended when you changed plans? Did you "sign" a new contract? If the rep did not tell you, and you did not sign a new contract, you can try to use that to get out or at least reduce the length of contract to what was previously there.

They bought all the black ones? Does that mean that MOT wont make any more? They must know that black may sell more than the silver (if Im in the MOT marketing dept, thats what I would suspect). I would assume (never assume) that MOT will make black for TMOBILE......................or will they??!?!?!?!

Well, because Black RAZRs are exclusives. I am going to have to see about T-Mobile RAZRs. Which is getting annoying because none of the stores in my vicinity(Los Angeles, CA) have it yet!!!!

When I told the TM phone rep that my local TM store wouldnt get them in for another week, she was stunned. Then she asked if the store was a direct dealer? I told her it was a genuine TM store, not a 2nd party or kiosk. She was puzzled.
