Need more help with my Black Razr V3

All of the buttons on the top row don't work. Also the down button doesnt work on the circular keypad. In addition last week I cracked my front lcd.
If I buy a spare does it have to be specifically a black razr lcd or can it just be a regular silver razr lcd?

if you have cingular tell them that your phone broke and your supposed to be under warrantee and recieve a replacement razr black if im not mistaken

I am under cingular. Is there anything else I can do?

Did cingular deny your claim or ??

The keypad problem almost has to be a result of the damage to the screen in one way or the other.
If cingular is a no go to ebay for a replacement part(s).

Sorry to hear this ,I am waiting on a friend who is looking for the OEM black housing as I have a silver one personally..
