razr screen

hey guys, i have a motorola v3 razr black version with cingular and the screen(outer lcd) is a little questionable.

it has a small gap beteween the screen and the phone that i can see through i had 2 black v3's with the same thing.is it worth switching to the silver one or do they both have the same thing?

is the gap normal? please tell me whats wrong if it isnt.
