Can u transfer music or video from your PC to your RAZR, and how?

For video you will need to convert the clips to 3GP format, I am sure there are programs that do this but I honestly do not know which ones. To get the clips or MP3s from you computer to phone you will need either a Bluetooth dongle or a USB cable and mobile phone tools.
