Razr V3 Volume

My Razr V3 is terribly low on earpiece volume. After some reading I have found a very interesting thread at http://cellphoneforums.net/t181543.html. I followed instruction and installed on my PC p2k as well as XVI32, then dowloaded gain-table.bin file from the Razr. I opened the file file with XVI32 and this is where I got stack. I can not figure out how to interpret the table and set the earpiece volume. I would appreciate help on this one.

find motokit, install it, change it to english, look for volume settings, change as you wish, just don't go over 4 for anything. you can also use a p2k. Theres no need to have to seem/hex edit your gain table unless you like being old school.
