Question with Razr v3 Unlocked phones?

Ok, I have recently purchased this motorola razr black v3 that's unlocked.
I hear this small buzzing noise on the ear piece everytime I talk on the phone. Matter of fact, i hear it when I'm not even talking on the phone. If I just put the phone next to my hear, I can hear this tiny buzzing noise with tiny high pitch sound.

does anyone have that problem?

Mine does not do that or do the 3 my friends have so I would say it is a defect in the phone itself...

Put you ear next to the keypad, if you hear it there but even louder, then it's normal. It's the keypad light electronics.
