Yes, unless you cancel your contract for atleast 60 or 90 days (not sure how long...can`t remember) Then reapply after that...as a new customer.

The lady at Walmart mentioned to me that they don`t upgrade phone to a 1 year contract anymore, but 2 years. (not sure if this is true)
Only new customer is entitled for 1 year contract.

What I normally do is once my contract ends I don`t renew it. I let my wife apply for another 1 year contract ( if you don`t mind changing cell# every year).

Verify this info with RRODRIG30 , he knows better...

THE MAIN FEATURES OF BOTH PHONES:
    BLUETOOTH
    CAMERA
    VIDEO RECORD
    SPEAKERPHONE
    CAN PLAY MP3 RINGTONES

Razr special feature: The thin design
V360 special feature: Media Player + Removable 8MB Memory Card, which can be upgraded all the way up to 512 MB!!! Plus the V360 comes with a data cable. Think of how much music and video you can store on a 512 MB memory card. You can go to the gym and do an entire workout with that much memory!

So, when comparing the phones side by side, the Razr looks like a nicer phone. However, people who know about cell phones know that the V360 gives you more features and more value for your $$.

GOOD INFORMATION. MANY THANKS FOR IT.

yep like everyone else said.. get the v360! i looked into that before looking at the phone i have right now, the v635i. if i did not have that phone, i would probably habe a v360 right now instead of a razr.

sorry for jacking thread but quick question...

is it possible to set a song as a ringtone on the TRANS storage card? instead of moving to the phone memory?

huevos, don't be mislead by T-Mobile stands. A lot the stands and kiosks are not corporately owned T-Mobile stores. If it says "Authorized Agent" or dealer or anything similar, it is NOT a real T-Mobile.

You can get a 1 year extension at a REAL T-Mobile store.

Click on the link in my signature to find a corporately owned T-Mobile store. Corporately owned T-Mobile stores show up as a pink "T" inside of a yellow box.

The thin and sleek design is the only thing the Razr has on the V360, in my opinion. The V360 can do the same things as the Razr and more.

Well theres a problem, The T-Mobile owned stores have the v360 but for $150 then $99 after rebates. Walmart had it for $43. So im kind of leaning towards the Walmart, but i dont think my mother wants a two year contract with T-Mobile.

BTW is there something like where T-Mobile recyles my phone and gives me a discount for the phone i want to buy?

    No question, The RAZR

In most parts of canada it the most wanted phone if you have one for sale for a fair price, advertise on monday and it's sold by wednesday. in my opinion, it's on of the best phones available in Canada.
