    yes actually
i went to the t-mobile store where they've done 1-year contract upgrades before but now they said they had to do a 2-year contract upgrade, I was PISSED, so I went home and ordered the V360 through customer service with a 1-year

now you see T-Mobiles customer's service blows.

I went to the T-Mobile store, they said i had to call customer care. So i called
I asked and the first time they told me to go to mytmobile.com. The second time i called they told me to go to the store. So i called the store up and once again they told me to call customer care.

blueoakleyz just wondering how much did you pay for your v360?

I apologize for being bounced around. I want to try and clarify one small thing though. I'm not speaking of every store, but certainly the store I work at gets jam packed with customers. I work on the East Side of Chicago and our store is actually the slowest store in what's considered to be the "Chicago South" market.

I can answer simple questions at my store over the phone such as:
    -What time do you open/close?
    -Is [employee name] working today?
    -Where are you located?
-What promotions do you currently have?
-Do you accept payments at your store?
-Do you have any [phone model] in stock?

Calling almost any retail store with questions about:
    -your bill
    -upgrade eligibilty
-how to do [xxx] on your phone
    -restoring a suspended/cancelled line

will almost always get you referred to customer care.

There are times when (usually early mornings) there is nobody inside our store and we can help. We at the retail store would love to be able to help all callers, but it's highly unfair to the customers that are inside the store waiting to be helped. It's also rude talk on the phone while helping a customer standing in front of you. Can you imagine walking into McDonald's and trying to get your order placed with a guy whose on the phone?

I usually hand my customers by business card and tell them to come see me if I have any questions. I know that if they call me, I'll most likely be short with them and I don't like coming across that way.

    Re: RAZR vs. V360

I just returned my V360 to the store for a Razr. The V360 is awesome as far as features and so on but as for reception, I dropped calls all the time. I live in the Denver metro area and dropped one call 6 times during a 30 minute drive. I tested the Razr this morning on the same route in the same places and have not had any problems. I would've kept the V360 anyday except for the reception problems.

Dropped calls might be due to network availability during peak times, or temporary network problems, as well as poor phone reception.

The pebble does not look like the RAZR, at all! Second, T-Mobile doesn't even carry the black RAZR. Also, the RAZR's are already back on the shelves, we've been selling them for like a week or two.
