T-Mobile has pulled the Moto Razr due to a manufacturer defect. The affected Moto Razrs were received by TMO stores in late February.

The sale of Moto Razrs has stopped until Motorola fixes the issue.

Thanks for the update but what exactly is the defect on T-Mobile's Razrs?

Most likely it's the whistling noise in the ear piece.

Not the earpiece, but you should have your phone checked out at a store. most of the moto razr's sold by t-mobile are still under 1 year manufacturer warranty
