Apologies if this thread exists elsewhere here. I looked but didn't find anything..

I'd like to purchase an extended life battery for this phone. The deluge of information I get back from google is incredible but it leaves questions unanswered still.

1) Is there such a battery and what is its P/N? Is there one that does several models I could be getting confused on?

2) Original by Motorola, or an OEM?

My main concern is damaging the phone with an improper battery, hence my coming here instead of some glorified webpages trying to sell me products and not give me any information.
