Razr problems

If anyone could help that would be great. I bought a V3 razr cell and all the programs are out of it ... including the bootloader which in case I have no idea where to start im new at this and thought It would be interesting for me to get into programing it I have lots of time to look over any information about it but have been looking hardcore and found nothing! So if anyone can help me the person who sold me this burnt me a cd with all the backups that it should have in it. I know im suppose to use this flash program but yet again i have no idea where to start so if anyone could help that would be great. Also When I put the usb conntector into it it comes up as S Blank Neptune LTE in the device manager. Any help with this would be appricated. (Newbie)
