    Re: Razr connection problem

i'd appreciate any help. i downloaded mpt 3.28, live update doesn't go further than that. it never recognizes my phone so i do it manually and choose gsm v3. please wait... then the symbol of no connection shows on the display. all i want is to be connected thats all.

Live update will take you all the way to the most current version; 4.0.4b, unless there is a problem with your installation.

Also, the CDMA drivers will not work for you unless you actually have the V3c from Verizon, AllTel or some other CDMA service provider. It sounds like you have the regular V3 by Cingular or T-mobile, correct?

I do not know why the software is not recognizing your phone, assuming that you have everything set up properly.

i appreciate your response. i fixed that problem, my pc wasn't recognizing my phone but it does now, the only problem i have is bad reception on the software. i have excellent reception in the house though, what's up with that?
