Hey guys I took the screws out of my RAZR faceplate to switch housings. I decide not to replace it after tugging slightly on the old faceplate and it wouldn't come off. After replacing the screws, my screen would only pop up white. How do I fix my screen?? Thanks. Jay

    Re: RAZR Display Problems!!

Looks like your tugging "slightly" unplugged the ribbon cable from the screen to the pc board in the body of the phone, just enough to do this, or actually broke a connection (if this is the case nothing you do will "fix" the problem).

Sooooo time now to either open up the phone and try replugging the cable back into the connector it's be pulled out of, or give the phone to someone that can do this for you. (either way you have more than voided any warranty to be able to replace the phone by breaking the seals on the screws, let alone opening it.

But it's worth a try having them (your cell carrier), at least take a look at it. Just keep in mind that the worse case, is they charge you for a new phone, once the old one gets checked out by a tech. some time later.

    Your call Jay.
