Razr power on/off sounds

I've searched all through the razr v3's settings and can NOT find out how to turn off the annoying power on and off sounds. Have also looked through this forum and couldn't find the answer to this one. Does anyone know if it can be done?...and if so, how??

A good tutorial on how to do many things HERE
There is one that covers how to change the startup and shutdown animations, so I would imagine changing startup and shutdown sounds would be a similar process. Just be very careful with that tutorial. I've bricked a couple phones now because I was being careless.
