I tried usine MIDway 2.8, but it doesn't work, even though i have the settings that match my phone:

    COM4
    Baud Rate: 115200

here's what happens at download status:

    Opening JAD file.............[OK]
    Connecting the phone.........[TIMER EXPIRED]

    Downloading canceled.

What should I do? I don't have MPT, so im lost

Re: uploading JAR/JAD files to razr

It happened to me but I read this tutorial I don’t remember where? But it’s somebody tutorial it work for me, well here It is I went to My computer right click properties under hardware then device manager on modems I found my Motorola modem then right click it properties then advance then advance port settings there you find the com that you are using and very important that before you connect your phone to the computer you do this first In your phone you got to go settings then java settings then you got a have java app loader on, select that and you got to plug your usb cable, before you open midway that way it will be recognize, don’t use another program because you are going to enable Usb driver and not the Com then when you do the download on midway your phone is going to ask you if you want to download on your phone the game then accept the download and play your game tell me if it work for you?

Westernamerica it appear to me that you didn’t enable them, fist you got to read the seem enable guide so can have Java Up loader On…….. then you will see what we are talking about……….. please find help under modding seem enabling or if you already know and have the P2Ktools enable them there

You’re saying non of the P2K tools work whit your phone? Did you try downloading the P2K Drivers Ultimate package? I do recommend downloading the P2K tools 0.8.6.406 or try what’s in this link posted by Griffzan http://cellphoneforums.net/motorola/...la-phones.html if you don’t find the P2K Drivers Ultimate package? I will try to remember where did I downloaded it and tell you where it is.

He is right (TROYBOY 30) Well he’s right…….. but P2Kman is a little bit older you can try P2K Tools Link http://88.39.245.249/download.php?/P...s0.8.6.406.rar Size: 1078140 bytes Type: .rar
and the Drivers for this here P2K drivers Link- http://88.39.245.249/download.php?/P2KDrivers2.9.zip Size: 35647 bytes Type: .zip and if you ever need to made jad instead of jar here Jad Creator Link- http://88.39.245.249/download.php?/JAD_Creator_v1.3.zip Size: 352739 bytes Type: .zip Please rename each one of them

much easier using MOTO MIDlets MANager!

How To:Ιnstall,Delete and Rename Java Games and Apps - MotoX Forum: Motorola Modding

you can get the drivers here....

Modding Software Downloads - MotoX Forum: Motorola Modding

    Ultimate Drivers Pack
File contains Motorola Handset USB Driver Application, USBMOT~1.INF, CDMA1X.INF, USBMOTX64.INF, P2K.INF and P2K.SYS files

MotoX P2K Install Program by Anty506
P2K Driver Installer along with installer/updates of P2Kman program by vilko, the program used to access system files on your phone and used to download and upload SEEMs. This download is an installer that installs P2K drivers and P2Kman.

    P2K Drivers Pack
Unpack and place them in the c:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\ folder, then connect your phone to your computer via mini USB cable. Windows will popup, point everything to this directory! (This method is pretty simple and straight, and works the best for me so far, and worth trying! - MotoX)

    USB Drivers
    File contains USBMOT~1.INF file

    P2k Drivers
File contains P2K.INF and P2K.SYS files

    WinXP x64 Drivers
    File contains USBMOTX64.INF, P2K.INF and P2K.SYS files
